Your hand-crafted masterpiece takes 1-3 business days to process because perfection takes a little time! Just like our in-stock wigs, each unit undergoes styling and quality checks before shipment. Upgrades? No problem—just allow us a bit more time to make it flawless. We’ll provide any extra processing time details when you order, and your custom ETA will be sent within 48 hours.

O.A.K Express Custom Items:
Need it fast but still want that luxe, hand-crafted touch? Our O.A.K Express Custom items ship within 45 business days. These beauties are expedited because they follow standard measurements, but don’t worry—we still make sure they’re texturized, styled, and prepped to match your specifications. If you've added an upgrade, please allow a little extra time. Processing time details will be shared at checkout, and your custom ETA will be sent within 48 hours.

✔ Need more than one exchange? Additional exchanges or returns will incur a 10% restocking fee to cover shipping and handling.
