Adoriya warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty materials
• Damage caused during transit (reported within 3 days of receipt)

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including fading, shedding, or tangling for hair products
• Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or unauthorized alterations
• Products exposed to excessive heat, chemicals, or other external factors not recommended by Adoriya
• Damage caused by accidents, theft, or loss

Warranty Process

To file a warranty claim:

• Contact Adoriya Customer Support: Email us at shipping@adoriya.com or call our customer service team within the 30-day warranty period.
• Provide Proof of Purchase: Include your order number, receipt, or any proof of purchase with your claim.
• Describe the Issue: Share detailed photos and a description of the defect or issue with your product.
• Follow Return Instructions: If your claim is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label and instructions for returning the product.

Resolution Options

Upon receiving your product, Adoriya will inspect it and, at our discretion, provide one of the following resolutions:

• Replacement: A new product of the same type and value will be sent.
• Repair: If applicable, the product will be repaired at no cost to you.
• Store Credit or Refund: If a replacement or repair is not feasible, store credit or a refund may be issued.

Important Notes

• Warranty claims must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
• Products returned without prior approval will not be eligible for warranty coverage.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring the safe return of the product in its original condition and packaging.

Adoriya Processing Time Policy

At Adoriya, we strive to ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest standards of quality and care. Please review our processing time guidelines below.

Standard Processing Times

In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday through Friday).

Custom Orders: Custom orders typically require additional time for crafting and quality assurance. The estimated processing time for custom orders will be provided at checkout and in your confirmation email.
 

Out-of-Stock Items: Items that are out of stock can be preordered, and the estimated processing and shipping time will be provided when you place your order.

Business Days

Orders are processed on business days only—Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on a non-business day will be processed on the next business day.

Order Verification

To ensure the security of our customers, all orders are subject to a verification process. If additional information is needed to verify your order, we will contact you. This may slightly delay processing times.
