At Adoriya, your satisfaction is our priority! We offer hassle-free returns for eligible purchases for store credit ONLY, making sure you love your investment in beauty. Please carefully review our exchanges & return guidelines to make your return experience simple and hassle-free.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the delivery date, provided the goods have not been altered. Items returned must meet the following criteria:

  • Hairpieces: Must be in their original, unused, and perfect condition, with all original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging, including the Adoriya Wig Box.

    • No Cutting of Lace Front: Altered items, including those with cut lace fronts, cannot be returned.

    • A restocking fee of 10% or more may apply if the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging.

    • Items that have undergone permanent services such as base cuts, hair styling, bleached knots, or perms are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • Returns must have prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Hair Extensions & Bulk Hair: Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Large returns may incur a handling fee.

    • Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours or once the item has shipped.

  • Supplies: All supplies are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

  • Custom Orders, Overstock, and Final Sale Items: All custom orders, clearance, overstock items, and permanently altered hairpieces are final sale with no return, exchange, or refund.

Return Process

  • Items must be in unused, original condition with all packaging intact.

  • Damage or missing parts (not due to our error) will not be accepted for return.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date, and no returns will be accepted after 30 days.

  • Store credit will be issued upon approval after inspection of the returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of the return.

Return Authorization

Before returning an item, you must obtain a return authorization. Once approved, Adoriya will provide a pre-paid mailing label with tracking and insurance to ensure safe delivery. Adoriya is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items if the pre-paid label is not used. If you choose to use your own shipping method, we highly recommend insuring the item for its full value.

Defective or Damaged Items

For defective or damaged items, contact us immediately at ContactUs@Adoriya.com for an exchange of the same item.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, a refund will be sent to them upon return.
